Degassing of Liquids

Revolutionary:

Simple, fast and automatic!

Description

Degassing liquids is normally a very complex and time-consuming process. This is especially true if the alcohol content of the liquid cannot be changed during degassing. The liquid is usually shaken in a closed container and then the container is opened for a fixed period of time under precisely specified conditions. This process must then be repeated several times.

With the method presented here, this changes completely. The liquid to be degassed is simply pumped through the degassing unit using a hose pump. A vacuum pump is used to create a negative pressure at another connection. It is also possible to integrate the degassing unit into a closed circuit. For example, together with the Density sensor MFE-DT   a unit for measuring the density of beer is possible.

Technical data:

Negative pressure: < 20ml/min
Throughput time: 3 min
Lead time: 7 min
600-800 mbar
